Founding factor pricing
One price, built for small factors
$399
per month, after a free 60-day pilot
- 20 verified carrier onboardings a month (identity, bank ownership, FMCSA, UCC status)
- $25 for each additional onboarding
- Payee-change re-verifications included: every remit-to or bank change, held and re-proven
- Your branded onboarding link, sent by email or text
- A case file per carrier with every fact's source and timestamp, exportable to your back office
- Setup help and a direct line to the founder
The math, roughly
One advance sent to a hijacker's account is usually gone. As an illustration, a single misdirected $3,000 payment costs more than seven months of the plan (7 × $399 = $2,793). Your own numbers will differ; the factoring calculator can help you price your margin per load.
What the pilot looks like
- 1. A 30-minute call to map your onboarding and bank-change process.
- 2. Your branded link, set up for new carriers and bank-change requests.
- 3. Weekly check-ins, then a go or no-go at day 60.

Pricing questions
What counts as a verified onboarding?
One carrier completing your onboarding link: FMCSA authority and insurance pulled, the applicant's ID and selfie matched to a company officer, the bank account's ownership matched to the carrier's legal name, and UCC and prior-factor status captured. Re-checking an existing carrier's bank change is a re-verification, not an onboarding, and is included.
What happens when the pilot ends?
If it's earning its keep, you move to founding pricing at $399/mo. If it isn't, you walk away and we delete pilot data on request. Founding pricing is for the first 10 factors, and the exact terms are agreed in writing before the pilot starts.
Do carriers pay anything?
No. Carriers never pay to verify. The link takes a few minutes on a phone, and carriers benefit directly: a verified payee is much harder for a hijacker to redirect.
Does this replace my factoring software?
No. CarrierKYC sits next to your back office (FactorSoft, Cadence, FactorFox and the rest) and handles the question your back office can't: is this person the carrier, and is this the carrier's account. See the factoring software buyer's guide.
Do you detect double factoring?
Not today. Onboarding captures UCC and prior-factor status, which helps, but cross-factor double-factoring detection needs data sharing between factors and is a later phase. We won't claim it until it exists.
Is CarrierKYC SOC 2 audited?
Not yet. CarrierKYC is in early access. Before a pilot processes any carrier data, we agree in writing how data is handled, stored and deleted, and which providers are used.
For factoring companies
Stop paying the wrong account.
CarrierKYC verifies that the person onboarding controls the carrier and that the bank account belongs to it, then re-verifies every remit-to change before the next ACH. Free 60-day pilot for small factors.
